Terms of Service
Last updated: June 30, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Coursovia, operated by MB Handel (company code 306991906, Šilo g. 21, 02237 Juodbalių k., Vilniaus r., Lithuania). By creating an account or a school you agree to them. Course purchase contracts are concluded between you and the school that sells the course.
The service
Coursovia lets creators run their own online school (a “school”) and lets learners buy and take courses. Schools set their own prices and content; we provide the platform, payments infrastructure, and the marketplace.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter a contract in your country.
Schools and subscriptions
Schools choose a plan and are billed via Stripe. Plans can be upgraded or downgraded from the school’s billing settings. Fees, bandwidth limits and overage charges are shown at sign-up and in your billing page. Platform invoices are issued via inv123.lt.
Payments and refunds
Course payments are charged directly on the school’s own Stripe account. The school is the seller: it is responsible for its prices, taxes, receipts or invoices to buyers, refunds and disputes, under its own policy. Coursovia receives a platform fee for each sale. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Right of withdrawal (digital content)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. However, courses are digital content supplied immediately. By ticking the acknowledgement at checkout, you request immediate access and expressly consent to the performance of the contract beginning at once, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once access has been granted. You give this consent to the selling school, which is the trader responsible for pre-contract information and for confirming your purchase and consent by email. Where a course has not yet been accessed, refund requests are handled by the selling school under its own policy.
Content and conduct
Schools and users are responsible for the content they upload and must hold the necessary rights. We may suspend schools or remove content that is illegal, infringing, or violates these Terms.
Reviews
If you have access to a course you may leave one review for it. Reviews must be honest and respectful. Schools may hide or delete reviews of their own courses, and we may remove reviews that are abusive, defamatory, misleading or otherwise inappropriate. The author of an inappropriate review may receive a warning; after two warnings the email address is permanently blocked from the platform.
Marketing and contact data
Marketing emails from Coursovia are sent only with your separate, optional consent (for example the optional box at registration), as described in our Privacy Policy. Registration does not require it. You can withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email, your account settings or info@coursovia.com.
Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced. Questions: info@coursovia.com.
